Hi, Can anyone help me ! I have a canon i350, woking fine for the past 2 years.Until half way through printing it stopped, with a message saying ink tanks not installed properly. I took them out with the cradle they sit in , cleaned them and placed them back as i have always done. It still says the same message, the lights are flashing 4 orange, 1 green on the printer.
please can anyone help !!

Have you tried the cleaning process provided by the printer software?

I Have tried to start the cleaning process, i just get the same message, that the ink tanks are not inserted properly. I am using compatible inks as i have done since i got the printer, and considering getting some canon ones to see if that solves it . But i dont want to spend if someone tells me the printer is caput ! Thanks for your reply !
