For the past few days I have been getting error messages while printing a page saying that first the color cartridge was not properly installed and then today that the black cartridge was not installed properly. At first the unit would print without problems but has most recently refused to print a page. The Print cartridge Light blinks constantly. I have tried reinstalling the cartridges without success. Turning the printer off and on doesn't have any effect either. Now most of the ink has suddenly leaked out of the black cartridge all over the bottom of the computer. What a mess! I have cleaned up the ink to the best of my ability without giving the pirnter a bath and I'm letting it dry. I intend to install a new black cartridge and see it that will work. Would appreciate hearing from others who have had this problem...and solved it! Thanks
