I have a problem where I print a word document that includes a header. When the document is printed the first time it prints fine but every time after that the printer put's lines in the header. I can print the document on any other printer fine every time. Also other users can print the same document fine on this printer. I thought it might just need the drivers re-installing so i tried this and still have the same problem. The only way to print the document sucessfully again is to restart the computer. The model of the printer is HP LJ2430DTN and is connected through the network (Windows 2000 server). I have also compared the settings on the printer properties to other machines that can print the document sucessfully and they are identical. If I have missed any important information please let me know and i will post it. I really cannot think what the problem can be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
