I have never had troubles until now, My black ink only isn, printing right, its skipping and distorted for reading, only half lines are printing, I don,t get a full letter, just half of every line, colors are fine. I have a new injet cartridge in, thinking that was the problem, but no it stillis doing it, I used the head cleaners several times and the practice aligments also, no change, please help if you can

What type of printer you got ? Did you made an autotest ?

I would say that you have a faulty print-head. This is a common problem on the S400 as well as faulty purge assemblys (the part that cleans the print-head).

If the unit is still under warranty take it to a service agent and have it looked at, otherwise be prepared for an expensive repair.
