I have a BJC2130 that I have been using for years...it has the extra scanning head with it..I was starting to print out my sons graduation invitations and had just got in a big batch of ink when it just quit working. I have tried everything and it just won't print. I even tried installing it on another one of my computers and it still won't work. I have gone thru the whole printer troubleshooting help with Dell and Microsoft. It goes thru all the motions but nothing appears on the paper. Yes I have changed cartridges to see if it was faulty cartridges and still nothing. Can someone please help me?
