Our canon S600 colour printer has recently been printing incorrect colours.

We print quite a lot of pictures and they started printing without the range of colours in the pictures.

I.e printing "bland" with a sort of "yellow" hue to them

I have cleaned the printer head which has worked in the past, and this time I removed the cleaner "pads" and cleaned them, whilst cleaning the clear plastic wipers on the cleaning mechanism.

It has not helped this time, I have run a test with "MSWord" by different words in different colours and then printing them.

Sometimes, some words are not printed at all, sometimes they are all the same "dark" colour.

Are these the symptoms of an unwell printer head, or could it be more "electronical" in nature.
