Brother HL1430 Problem with toner on paper

Hi all,

When i print out something all the paper on the print side is very grey and shady almost as if toner has spread all over it and it looks messy. Is this the fuser or does the printer need a clean or something ?

I think it's the drum - can you perform a cleaning of some kind?
