hp psc 2400 all in one not printing emails

HI there,im trying to print my emails but its only printing the headers and the sides without the content,my email address is from yahoo,i have clicked on services and done the automated clean,align etc and also looked at the preferences but nothing jumps out looking wrong.any advice

Does your printer print a normal A4 documents form MS Word?

Hey

A dead easy way to solve this is to highlight the text you want to print, then go to file print the usual but select the "selection" option. This will only print the selected areas or your page
