HP LJ 4200 Error Message Download Now

This one is new to me. An HP LJ 4200n has a front panel display that reads "Download now" and below that the panel reads " sysb=100, expb=0, pf=0, lb=1, pll=@". What in the world does this mean? Is there a fix? Cold reset does not work and HP does not have firmware available. Many thanks to anyone who might know.

Firmware is available for this printer from Hp website. Have copied the link below. Hope it resolves your problem.
