Need help.
My black cartridge was low on ink. I had my printer switched off for a few days while I waited on a new cartridge (none available in my country). When I switched on, the ink light remained on, the paper and power lights were flashing (printer still in this state). I followed the troubleshooting procedures but the carrige would not move and head cleaning could not be initiated either from the printer or through the software. The software returns an error message. I use genuine Epson ink.

Try to disconnect the printer and make a machine test
