Canon S200 prob

I bought this floor model printer "as is". The power & usb cords I had on hand, but the printer head (?) for the ink cartridges was also missing. I have looked on the Canon site & several places to find one with no success. The BC-21e I use for my BJC 2000 fits in it but I get error messages of "ink cartridge unknown" when I try it. Does anyone have any ideas??

Hi

If you boutht it "new" you should ask the merchant you bouth it from. Otherwise you have to contact a canon authorised dealer to get it

The S200 uses BCI-24 ink tanks not the BCI-21. The print-head is also a new semi-permanent variety that is only available as a spare part.
