Epson AL C2600 Printing 2" Down Page Printing starts in the wrong place on the page

Hi,
When I try to print from 3 of our Epson Acculaser C 2600 Printers, they are printing about 2" down the page. I have been online with an engineer from Epson who was not very much use. All the settings are correct zo I think that may be a sensor that is failing inside or something. Any Idea's anyone?
