Hello there
Our church printer is showing the following message;
USB device not recognised
"One of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it.
For assistance on this, click this message"

I have checked all the cables and they are connected ok.
I reset the printer, but no change.
I tried to reinstall the software, but it asked for the IP address amd subnet mask, which do not show up when I print the 'configuration' settings.

Anyone any ideas?
