Hello,

i dont use the original cartridges but they worked till now quite well. Recently my printer had some problems with the black "color" and made some little "dots" on the paper but i didnt worry and thought that will solve.

The next time i tried to print it didnt work, i cleaned the printerhead and made some test prints. The color worked fine but the black didnt. Black was low so i thought i just replace it with a new cartridge but that did not help nor did multiple cleaning of the head help...

Should i bring it to my dealer or can anyone give some help? Its around 1 1/2 years old so i guess no more guarantee.

Seem's the head is clogged. Try doing some more cleaning and eventally try the http://www.powerklin.com/uk
