My printer is no longer printing black.
I have Changed the tank, cleaned the print head and checked all internal connections. Anyone have any clues as to what else to check or where I can find detailed info on this or similar printers?
Thnx

No error messages. Only the ink is not being transfered to the paper, but the device thinks that it is working properly. As far as I can tell the print head is not stopped up. I completely disassembled the printer but am not sure what else to look for or clean. Another printer forum had suggestions for cleaning the waste resivor but I am unsure about where it is located.
THNX for the reply and any help.

Seems the head is clogged. What type of ink do you use ? Are the other color working ?

Hey,

1. what printer do you use (brand, model)?
2. Have you tried deep clean?
3. Does the printer leave any black marks on the paper?
