S400 Printer Problem

I have a Canon S400 printer - My color ink prints out good but my black ink doesn't print at all. I have went through the mainenance, and the properties and changed it to black but it still won't work. Is there something else that I can try?

your head carriage is blocked. either take the head assembly out and use a steam gun directlt on the inkjets or replace the head- it can be bought as a separate unit
