QMS 860 Ink On Glass Tube Roller

Why is my printer leaving ink all over the glass roller and smudges all over copies. Tried cleaning it off the glass with tissue paper, but to no avail.
What to do?

The qms is actually a toner cartridge and not an ink cartridge. To be honest, it sounds like you have a problem with your wiper blade in your toner cartridge- basically it is not wiping the excess toner off. best bet is to get a new cartridge
