after refilling my cartridge # 10 hp on a 2500c hp my printer indicates its still low on that color ink. is there some type of reset on the cartridge that need to be preformed?

there is a date expiry chip on that cartridge and once it has gone past the date it tends to kill the cartridge. The expiry date is usually around a year after you first put the cartridge in the printer. If it is just registering low keep on printing as normal but keep an eye on the print quality- once that starts to decline get yourself another refill as if you run it completely out you will posiibly damage the heads in your printer which a re not cheap to replace
