:cry: sighs.. i have no idea what it is but hubby kills more printers than i have seen. We have the 656c hooked up to the home network.. it was doing good, as the others, until the color quit printing. We replaced the cartridge and now it only prints in green. Talk about weird. Nothing looks out of place anywhere. Took both cartridges out, cleaned the heads everything. Still prints in green. Can you help me??

So tired of buying printers
