Hi...i have an Epson stylus color 480 which is throwing up an error message each time i try to print it stateing that "an unknown error has occured unplug your printer and contact service centre"this i have done and have learned that it is a timed error to do with the inkpad which can be cleaned and dried but the software needs to be reset the price to do this outweighs the cost of the printer but i have cartridges etc so would like to at least try to resolve it myself, is there any other way to get this software ,can it be downloaded if so where from.
