epson 1280 red lines red jet leaking/stuck open?

My 1280 prints/leaks consistent red lines. I have tried the head cleaning utility with no results. Is it possible that the print head is broken? Stuck open?...What to do???

Actualy the first thing to do is to change ALL cartridge to see if it comes from the cartridge or from the head.

If is't from the head if garantee is over the head usually cost the same as a new printer
